Ja inte för mig men för runrunner.. Hon var superduktig och sprang milen på under 59 minuter!! Hmm.. det är ju snabbare än vad jag sprungit.. det har jag inte tänkt på förrän nu! Men, men, nästa gång jag springer 1 mil så kommer det att gå undan!&lt;br /&gt;Varför? Jo, det ligger nämligen till så att världens bästa föräldrar har gett mig en Garmin Forerunner 305 i födelsedagspresent! Tack!!! Sista veckan på semestern. Vid 5 km var det utställt en tunna med vatten vilken jag drack ur. Att springa har blivit som en drog!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Söndag 23/8-09, Min slinga:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Löpning 5 km - 26:45!!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kändes riktigt bra första 75%. Tappade lite på slutet. Trodde det skulle vara jobbigt som fasen men det var det inte! Bästa tiden på länge!! Har tidigare som längst sprungit ca 13 km och då var jag heelt slut!&lt;br /&gt;Trodde inte att jag skulle orka men det gjorde jag!!!! Min alldeles egna blogg:)!&lt;br /&gt;Den här bloggen kommer att vara ointressant för alla utom mig själv.&lt;br /&gt;Här kommer jag att dokumentera mina (än så länge) dåliga löptider.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mina första mål är att springa 5 km på under 25 min och 10 km på under 60 min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tisdag 18/8-09, Markaspåret:&lt;br /&gt;Uppvärmning 2,2 km - 13:20&lt;br /&gt;Sen var det dags för 5 st enkilometersintervaller.&lt;br /&gt;km 1 - 4:24&lt;br /&gt;km 2 - 4:51&lt;br /&gt;km 3 - 5:14&lt;br /&gt;km 4 - 4:55&lt;br /&gt;km 5 - 5:04&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Onsdag 19/8-09, Venaspåret:&lt;br /&gt;Löpning 10 km - 1:06:20&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Det var skitjobbigt!
